All prices on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time you place your order.

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We only confirm your order, and send you an order confirmation email, once your payment has actually been captured through Stripe — placing an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Risk in the products passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provide.

You may be able to return or cancel your order in certain circumstances. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details. Where a refund is due, it is issued back to your original payment method through Stripe.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact our customer team so we can help resolve the issue.

We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
